Tried & True Alehouse's signature chili, with a hint of sweetness and a slow-burning kick, with a deFallt biere de garde from Taxman Brewing Co. Tried & True will host its first Beer and Chili Festival Saturday to benefit the Noah Kriese Foundation. Local craft brewers will be on site to serve up their beer, while area chefs will offer samples of their homemade chili.
