Barbara Hook, left, and Joyce Nies, right, cut pieces of cleared underbrush into more manageable pieces during a community service event organized by the Service to Mankind club of Greenwood, Ind. Members and volunteers with Service to Mankind, or SERTOMA, cleared underbrush around the bridge over Honey Creek where a foot bride is scheduled to be built. The foot bridge will provide a safe passage for walkers and joggers by connecting the neighborhoods adjacent to Center Grove High School to the high school. Mike Wolanin / The Daily Journal
