Workmen are picked up off the top of a tower at the end of the work day. Workmen, at times hanging from a helicopter, were preparing high voltage electric towers for new cable to be installed fromthe Eagle Valley Generating Station near Martinsville to Franklin Township Sub-station at the intersection of Emerson Ave. and Southport Road in Indianapolis.
