Guests and social workers enjoy hot dogs, cupcakes and cookies at the Pinwheels for Prevention event at the Johnson County branch of the Indiana Department of Child Services in Franklin, Ind. The Pinwheels for Prevention event was designed to raise public awareness for child abuse and the services available to prevent such acts from happening.
