Nine-year-old Hunter-Michael Hutchins carries items that he will recycle on Friday from a home in his Southport neighborhood. When the coronavirus started to impact central Indiana, it didn’t take long for southside resident to try and find a way to thank these people. Using his recycling business to raise funds, asking his parents to use money that would have gone to birthday gifts and calling out to potential donors on YouTube, the third-grader was able raise $2,000 to buy ice cream and soft pretzels for Franciscan Health employees.
