Franklin police officer Joe Dillon conducts a field sobriety test on 16-year-old Cade Oliver on Wednesday while he wears goggles that simulate being intoxicated. 75 teenage drivers at the Franklin community high school took part in the Rule the Road program where students participated in various driving stations and safety programs.
