Morro Castle, which was built in 1589, still guards the bay in Havana, Cuba. The fortress was one of the sites visited by a group of Illinois College students and faculty. The group, including Greenwood native Jordyn Perry, traveled to the Communist country as part of a school trip studying child development, health care and ecology in the country.
