Aaron Jenkins inspects to David Johnson's car before attempting to tow the cars out of flood water caused by days of heavy rainfall in Franklin, Ind. David Johnson and his girlfriend Kassandra Jenkins, Aaron's daughter, were on their way home Saturday, December 21st, when they hit high water on country road 200 North and hydroplaned off the road in to flood waters.
