Cancer patient Robert Wright waits while Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician Kerri Irish goes over paperwork before he receives his first intravenous injection his first of the new cancer treatment Xofigo at St. Francis Hospital. Wright was diagnosed with prostate cancer seven years ago. He went through hormone therapy to treat the cancer but the treatment failed earlier this year. Around the time hormone therapy failed Xofigo became available and Wright was selected to receive the new treatment. Wright was the first person to receive the new treatment in Indiana.
