Caption: Joe Miller, 14, of Trafalgar, tests a thermal imaging camera used by the Franklin Fire Department when fighting a fire. Joe was a guest of Franklin firefighter Leo Capette, who has been mentoring him for about a year through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana program. As part of their regularly scheduled meetings, Capette brought Joe to the station with him on Jan. 18 to be a firefighter for a day.
