Patti Cruser watches her 17-year-old granddaughter Emma Cochrane work a puzzle on Friday in Franklin. Cochrane was recently diagnosed whit a rare genetic disorder called KBG. There has only been one other known case in Indiana and according to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital records only 350 cases in the world have been documented.
