Seventeen-year-old Emma Cochrane and Willow on Friday at her Franklin home. Cochrane was recently diagnosed whit a rare genetic disorder called KBG. There has only been one other known case in Indiana and according to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital records only 350 cases in the world have been documented.
