Residents look at animal furs of foxes and coyotes, as well as taxidermied rodents like moles and field mice, during a break at an informational meeting about coyotes. Any smaller animal, such as feral cats, rodents or dogs, can be easy prey for coyotes in urban areas. Coyotes are omnivores, so they can eat berries they find in bushes but still eat smaller animals that they can catch.
