Mary Katherine Turner Akeyla Allred both two-years-old show off their knit hats from the church knitting group Close Knit Friends during a community service for families and people in need inside the Greenwood Christian Church in Greenwood, Ind., Monday, Nov. 10, 2014. Greenwood Christian Church's knitting group Close Knit Friends knitted the hats and scarves prior to the meal service then donated them to the families that attended the meal service. The church and it's volunteers have been running their community meal program every Monday for the past year and half. They usually serve about 180-200 meals every Monday. The program is free and open to anyone who desires a hot meal. Mike Wolanin / Daily Journal
