Private Joseph Hazelwood, a member of the 1438th Transportation Company, gazes at his seven-month-old daughter Aubri after the homecoming ceremony for the 1438th Transportation Company at Indian Creek High School. Private Hazelwood and the 1438th spent the last 10 months deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Hazelwood's daughter Aubri was born while he was serving in Afghanistan. The homecoming ceremony was the first time Hazelwood has seen his daughter in person. Mike Wolanin / The Daily Journal
