Needham resident Penny Bramner took advantage of warmer temperatures and sunny weather on Sunday afternoon to go for a jog around her home. Bramner has been a regular participant in the Dump Your Plump program, organized by Partnership for a Healthier Johnson County. The program encourages teams to exercise five days a week for at least 30 minutes. The next round of Dump Your Plump starts Monday.
