Slabs of walnut that will be made into a table on Oct. 4 at Franklin woodworker Sean Fagan's wood shop. The slabs were made from a walnut tree cut down at Franklin College when construction on their science building started last year. Fagan is making several tables that will be placed throughout the new science center.
