Emma Stumpf, 12, of Whiteland, runs the bat back to the dugout during the Purdue vs. Notre Dame softball game Sunday at Grand Park in Westfield. Emma was chosen to be the honorary bat girl for Purdue during the game. She received the opportunity through the Riley Children's Foundation, has been treated at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health for a brain tumor since 2009.
